A shop for the way a house is actually lived in — and for the days spent away from it.

NORTH FORK is a small catalog of things meant to be used: plates that stack, bags that take a weekend, layers that work outside the house. We look for objects with a plain kind of quality — useful at home, useful on the road, and easy to live with for a long time.
The shop is not a marketplace of everything. It is a selection spanning home, outdoors, travel, apparel, and gifts, gathered so a weekend table, a garden path, and a packed bag can be thought of in the same place.
Pieces chosen because they earn a place in a cupboard, a coat closet, or a daypack.
Fewer products, more care. If it does not belong, it does not go on the shelf.
Home, outdoors, and travel, treated as one way of moving through the week.
“The stoneware plates feel like they’ve always been in the cupboard. Heavy enough, quiet in color.”
Claire M.

“The leather daypack takes a crease and keeps it. Enough for a day in town or a short train.”
Thomas R.
Boston, MA
“The market tote is the bag I actually grab — stout canvas, short handles, no zipper to fuss with.”
Elena P.
Providence, RI
“The field jacket is the layer I actually wear — not too heavy, not precious. Olive was the right call.”
James H.
Philadelphia, PA
“The waffle towels dry quickly and look better after washing, which is rare. Ivory was a good choice.”
Margaret S.
New Haven, CT
“Solid cutting board, generous size. Took a little oil on arrival, then it settled in.”
Andrew K.
